I am Yana, a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and your slightly chaotic wellness friend.I created CECO because I was tired of seeing wellness spaces that didn’t make me feel good.
Wellness didn’t feel doable.
It felt overwhelming.
All or nothing.
Perfect or pointless.So I built something different.
And I want to share it with you.
Feel good in your body. Start where you are.
CECO is a women-first wellness space - grounded, supportive, and actually doable. Whether you are running on caffeine, juggling a million things, or just trying to move your body without overthinking it - we’ve got you!
